- Board of Directors of Viettronics Binh Hoa Joint Stock Company informs Company’s shareholders about the time and content of holding Annual shareholders’ meeting 2008 as following:

• Time: 8:00 date 18/04/2008.
• Place: Meeting-hall of Viettronics Binh Hoa Joint Stock Company

• Participants: Shareholders owning shares or representing for the shares of 0,1% charter capital and over (about2.900 shares value 10.000 dong/share) according to shareholders list closed on 30/03/2008.
• Meeting’s content:

-       Report result of Production – Trading activities in 11 months (from February to December) in 2007 and plan of Production – Trading in 2008.

-       Pass the report of Control Department in 2007.

-       Pass the profits distribution project in 2007.

-       Set up investment and charter capital increase project in 2008 and coming years.

-       Vote additionally Board of Directors (Representing to State’s capital part)

-       Reform company’s regulations.

• Registration time and confirmation for joining in Meeting: Deadline: 16:00 date 16/04/2008 at company office or please contact to Ms. Nguyen Vy Tuong Thuy – Tel: 5160847 / 0979796064. Shareholders, who can not take part in this meeting, can grant authority to other shareholders, Board of Directors or Control Department according to Letter of attorney form attached in Letter of invitation (or in Website).
• Shareholders or Attorney shareholders must bring ID card/passport and Letter of Attorney (If any) when taking part in the meeting.
• This bulletin replaces for Letter of Invitation in case of shareholders who have right to participate in this meeting but still not receiving Letter of invitation yet.   
• All expenses of transport, eating, drinking in the time of meeting: Please be Self-supporting.
