-Viettronics Binh Hoa Joint Stock Company – VBH is the member of Vietnam Electronics & Informatics Joint Stock Company belonged to Industrial Ministry which is now Ministry of Industry & Trade.

- Company was established in November, 1979 named Binh Hoa Electronic Components Factory. With carrying out the policy of Vietnamese Party and Government of arrangement State-owned enterprises in order to increase business production activity effectively, on 18/12/2003, Minister of Industrial Ministry signed Decision No.: 224/2003/QĐ-BCN to change Binh Hoa Electronics Company into Binh Hoa  Electronics One Member Co., Ltd. In December, 2006 it has officially become a joint stock company and posted a bill on Ha Noi Stock Exchange at the same time with exchange code of VBH.

- Company operates in a wide  fields: Design, manufacture, Production, trading in electric/electronic/engineering components and equipment, telecommunications and Informatics; services of installing and maintaining , cooling system, computer network, sound, light system. Renting apartment, office, warehouse; Investing into civil & industrial construction, traffic, irrigation; Trading in office equipment, stationery; producing and trading in drinking water.

- Specially in the field of electronics, company specializes in producing, assembling and processing electronic components such as: Transformers, line filters, choke coils, DC-DC, AC-DC converters, electronic modules, amplification, TV, VCD, DVD recorder, household appliances: Air-conditioner form  9000BTU to 22.000BTU for office and household use. In 1995, VBH was the first electronic company of Vietnam applied SMT technology in manufacturing electronic components and modules.

- Head office’s total area is 25.000m² including 13.000m² of office and warehouse. In addition, there is a branch with area of 10.050m² located in Ho Nai industrial park (Dong Nai province).

- In 1999, VBH was awarded certificate of ISO 9002 and in 2002 VBH was revaluated according to standards of ISO 9001-2000. In addition, VBH’s products also meet quality targets of international organizations such as: TUV, UL, BSI … Products and components of VBH also won lots of awards domestic and international for high quality and exported to most of developed countries such as: Japan, Australia, America, Switzerland, Hongkong, and southeast Asian countries.

- Before a big business opportunity of many foreign companies investing in Vietnam including Electronic Groups and local companies which incessantly develop with modern machines and technology, VBH Company promotes a comprehensive co-operation with TDK-LAMBDA Group (Japan) in production and becoming the official representative distributing voltage stabilizer in Vietnamese market. In previous time, these replaceable converters must be completely imported and waited for a long time, so machines had to stop working in waiting . But now, with demands for this product, VBH Company will satisfy customers quickly, this can also meet the strong need of production industry in coming time.
